A story about a girl whom her “Daddy” keeps locked at an attic and raises her with a fear of a child-eating monster living outside in the woods. He does everything he can in order to hide her origins, but at the age of 16 her “Daddy” attempts suicide and Anna has to face the real world. She’s rescued by a police officer (Liv Tyler) and moves in with her. But she doesn’t fit in…

I’ve seen worse, but wouldn’t watch this again. The Wildling tells a horrible story of puberty by mixing Josef Frizl, Carrie and Twilight, with a touch of Indiana Jones.
